Tony GainsfordTony Gainsford served as aircrew in the RNZAF for 21 years. Following his retirement he worked in small business and as a consultant in the aviation industry. Tony founded Marops Limited in 2001 and has been instrumental in building the company from a small 2 man team to the position that it is in today. Tony is the Managing Director of Marops and has the added responsibilities of business development and financial control.


Andrew HowesAndrew Howes has over 20 years experience in the computer graphics industry in both the software development field, working for the world’s largest developer of software for 3D design and animation in Canada, and at several of London’s top film and television effects companies.


Brett Mckenzie

Brett McKenzie completed over 15 years of RNZAF service. As the Flight Commander on No.5 (MPA) Squadron he was a Qualified Flying Instructor. He is also a graduate of the RAAF Integrated Systems Course and has type ratings on the Fokker F27 Friendship, Lockheed L188, Boeing 747, 757 and 767 aircraft.  Brett has been actively involved in the development of interactive training tools and their integration into Learning Management Systems.
