We have two divisions to the company that work both together and independently. Technical Projects - this division of the company works mainly in the defence area. Training and Simulation - this division of the company works mainly with commercial customers.
Warren has over 20 years’ experience in the New Zealand electronics industry, focussing on high tech military training applications. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Edinburgh. Warren has managed product developments in software engineering, electronic engineering, mechanical and optical engineering, system integration, and system acceptance, and managed numerous multi-million dollar high tech projects which he delivered to NZDF, ADF, and allied nations. Warren is the CEO and Senior Project Manager of Marops.
Brett is a Qualified Flying Instructor for the RNZAF with over 15 years' full time RNZAF service, including as the Flight Commander on No.5 (MPA) Squadron. After 2001 he continued, as a Reservist, flying and instructing trainee pilots on the P3 Orion aircraft until its retirement in January 2023. He is a graduate of the RAAF Integrated Systems Course and a variety of Nova Test & Evaluation courses, has applied his expertise in the test and evaluation of numerous RNZAF and RNZN capabilities, and has been actively involved in the development of interactive training tools for the RNZAF and RNZN. His flying career has resulted in type ratings on various light aircraft, the Fokker F27 Friendship, Lockheed L188, Boeing 747, 757, and 767 aircraft.
Andrew has over 20 years' experience in the computer graphics industry in both the software development field, working for the world’s largest developer of software for 3D design and animation, and at several of London’s top film and television effects companies.
